Slow, Intentional, & Baked with Love.
Small cottage bakery born from a love of the old ways
We bake slow-risen, hand-dimpled focaccia and small-batch sweets using real ingredients rooted in an ancient tradition. Raw local honey from North Dakota. Herbs grown in our own garden. Just food made the way it was always meant to be — with time, good oil, and intention

Why Choose Us
Quality, trust, and community at the heart of everything
Small-batch Creations
Slow sourdough, hand-dimpled focaccia, and small-batch cookies and shortbread made entirely from scratch
Mommy's Cookies
Brown butter chocolate chip cookies made from scratch in small batches. Crisp edges, soft centers, generous with the chocolate, and finished with flaky sea salt. My mom's recipe. Always the best.
Sole
The sunshine focaccia. Slow-risen and hand-dimpled, finished with Italian extra virgin olive oil, raw honey sourced from Midwest family farms in North Dakota, and flaky Mediterranean sea salt. Sweet, golden, and impossibly simple.
Selvatico
The wild one. Slow-risen focaccia soaked in garlic and herb infused olive oil, topped with fresh rosemary and thyme grown in our own garden. Harvested the same day your loaf is baked. Ancient, aromatic, and completely unforgettable.
Our Story
Named for the ancient gathering places where Mediterranean life happened — open markets full of olive oil, fresh herbs, and bread broken between neighbors. Everything I bake starts with real ingredients you can actually pronounce.
Local flour and raw honey from right here in North Dakota, herbs grown in my own garden, olive oil the way it was meant to be used. Bread the way it was always meant to be made. A labor of love in honor of my mother.
